Reconciliation is an acceptance of when we sin (interrupt our relationship with God) , we interrupt our relationship with all members of our family of families (the Church) as well. It acknowledges our need for forgiveness and healing. It assures us that not only are our sins forgiven but our relationship with God and the Church is restored.

Preparation for this sacrament commences in the First School Term each year during Lent. Catechists and Teachers will encourage your as parents to complete the appropriate form. Usually, there will a series of four lessons in the Therry Building and a meeting of parents.First Reconciliation takes place on a Saturday afternoon with the Second Rite.
